Production Support:

-Troubleshooting for the technical issues post production
-User management and Access control
-Tracking and follow ups of the dev issues till resolution
-Ticketing and escalations
-Mobile device management (MaaS360, SOTI)
-JIRA Administration

Product Support & Training:

-Product specialist/SME
-Training the end users on the products
-Product documentation (Product User Guide, Frequently Asked Questions)
-Feedback from CLM's for the issues and product improvements

Quality Assurance:

-User Acceptance Testing
-RCA for the issues

Application Monitoring:

-Server performance monitoring

API monitoring:

-Handling production downtime and communication
-Problem Solving
-Operational and business issues handling
