Job Description and Skill Set Required:

Primary Responsibilities:

- Identifying new sales leads.
- Pitching products and/or services.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
- Leading the Team. When it comes to generating leads.

Day-to-Day Duties typically include:

- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on Freelancing, UpWork, Guru, Social media and other resources) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Online Bidding On Elance, freelance & Odesk
- Dealing mainly into International sales.
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
- Gathering information, proposals and proper Budgeting of the Projects.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
