Job Description and Skill Set Required :
Capture the customers’ requirements and translate them into software requirements for the development team
Document business, user, functional and non-functional requirements
Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure that the scope and requirements are clear
Create internal design documentation including context, workflow and network diagrams
Actively participate in the pre-sales process
Attend meetings with prospective clients to determine functional and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to proposing a solution
Define the project scope for effort estimation and costing
Ability to understand technical requirements during meetings with prospects, will be desirable
Work closely with the customer during the delivery phase to clarify the scope, report progress
Work closely with the development team during the delivery phase to co-ordinate the development progress
Manage client relationship including expectation management
Build productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong presentation and demonstration skills
Excellent learning skills and willingness to experiment with new technologies
