Job Description:
The candidate must possess a proven ability to prospect, develop business, build relationships, communicate in oral and written communication, and actively network. In addition, they must demonstrate a strong customer focus and personal leadership, and solid negotiation and presentation skills. Individuals experienced in sales and account management who are persistence and have a strong drive to win over new clients and build new business are the ideal fit for this position.
Role:
•Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
•Responsible for maintaining and building upon existing revenue in designated sales territory. The primary focus of this position is to bring new business to new and existing clients across globe.
•Exceeds sales revenue quotas by winning new contracts and job orders through prospecting and developing new customer relationships.
•Responsible for lead generation via Market research and lead qualification via Email, cold calls and other demand generation tactics
•Identifies and qualifies sales opportunities by providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships. Negotiates contractual terms and conditions for employment services, and works with the operations and recruiting teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
•Should have working Knowledge of MS office and can make proposals, PPT, cost estimation and can prepare reports.
•Should be able to understand customer requirement along with convincing skills. Should co-ordinate with Client, Software Development Team and Management for Project Execution.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing client base and explore to generate more business from existing one.
•Presentable with Good Communication Skills.
•Able to work independently yet a good team player and quick learner.
Skills / Attributes required:
-Minimum 1 year/s of work experience in IT industry.
-The Business Development Executive will be required to initiate and organize meetings and phone calls with prospects, prepare professional emails, participate in preparation of sales collateral and will require advanced communication and negotiating skills.
-Ability to analyze industry trends and penetrate key client organizations across sales territory.
-A high level of comfort with performing cold calls and delivering professional, formal presentations.
-The ability to identify prospective customers’ needs, propose solutions and convert prospects to clients.
-Action and results oriented attitude. Capable of developing a strong business case for client action and skills to close the sale.
-An ideal culture fit is an individual with a passion for building relationships in and outside of the company and enjoys working in a relaxed and professional atmosphere.
-Strong writing & communication (especially understanding) skills.
