Job Description:
Candidate responsibility will include level 1 support on Phone, Email and Remote Support Tools, operations support and training clients, handling billing for clients, Communicating with existing customers and understanding their requirements and doubts.
Skills Required:
Good IQ and analytical skills.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Excellent command over Hindi and English language.
Good command of Indian local language like Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam etc is an added advantage.
