Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Understanding business requirements, client processes and mapping the processes.
- Creating, documenting and validating client requirements / specifications for changes as per established norms, statutory requirements.
- To prepare functional design documents for reports, applications and interfaces.
- ERP Implementation, User training and support.

Desired Skills

- Thorough knowledge in Finance, Accounting, Taxation Concepts, Tally/ Finance will be added advantage.
- Exposure to processes in manufacturing, engineering, sales, service industry will be desirable.
- Experience of handling customer communication.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Knowledge and ability to produce high quality content, based on customer requirements.
- Willingness to travel on project assignments and work at client locations for the duration of projects.
