We are hiring Inside Sales Executive! He/She will be responsible handling inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer and prospect queries, knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. knowledge of social contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.

● Proven work experience of 1-2 years as a Sales specialist

● Excellent communication, Analytical and multitasking skills 

● Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems

● Proficiency with MS Office, Email & Social media

● In-depth understanding of sales principles & customer service practices

● Any Bachelorʼs degree, MBA will be added advantage

● Languages - English and Hindi is a must Preferred Industry experience in Educational/Healthcare
