Job Description:
- Manage a large and diverse team working towards per-defined targets
- Responsible for maintaining discipline and absenteeism of team on the floor. Should be able to plan and devise weekly and monthly roosters.
- To identify training / coaching needs of the team members and provide the same to the Manager
- To assist new members of the team by updating knowledge & bridge process gaps
- To conduct daily briefings
- To delegate and assign tasks at the start of the day.
- To Monitor and document work progress through the day.

Skill Set Required:
- Fluency in spoken and written English with excellent grammar.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Good comprehension, research and analytical skills.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new things every day.
- Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office and web usage.
