Job Description :

The candidate shall work with Aspiring Minds' clients and will be Leading a Team of performance driven executives, who are focused and guided towards ensuring highest level of Service delivery and experience. Our clients use Aspiring Minds' large scale assessment and recruitment services. The candidate will be interacting with the high profile officials of top notch corporates. The final goal of the job is to create high levels of client satisfaction. The job shall include considerable Team management, Time management, multitasking, data analysis and client communication.

Role and Responsibilities:


Managing and guiding Team of Client Servicing Executives, ensuring error-free and superior level of service delivery.
Maintain and deepen Key client relationships, focus on managing SLA's and Servicing benchmarks.
Understand and service client's requirements, be the face of the company to the Top-notch corporates.
Based on data analysis, work out new strategies to reach out to candidates and ensure best results.
Maintain proper communication and coordination with internal teams and clients ensuring utmost customer experience

Desired Candidate Profile :

Eligibility : MBA candidates passed out in 2013/2014/2015.

Salary : CTC 5.5 to 7 LPA (inclusive of Lucrative Incentives and Bonuses)

Excellent communication, reasoning and analytical Skills
2+Yrs of Experience in Team Handling, Key Account Management
Good operational knowledge of MS-Excel will be a plus point
