Job Description & Skill Set Required:
- Solid knowledge of PHP v5.x and Laravel Framework (or other MVC experience) is mandatory, knowledge of other languages(Backbone, Handlebar, Marionette.js etc.) considered a big advantage.
- Experience in advance features e.g. Redis, RabbitMQ, and Elastic Search considered a big advantage.
- Extra points for having knowledge of DevOps (Vagrant, Celery, Chef etc.)
- Clear understanding of source control tool(s) like GIT and their usage.
- Good knowledge of relational databases concepts, Unix (Linux) scripting techniques, object oriented methods and design patterns.
- Good understanding of security and performance tuning methods and techniques.
- Solid debugging skills needed (Xdebug, Lara Profiler or similar tools) with an orientation around "self-QA".
