Providing Accurate Response and thereby meeting the First Call/chat Resolution.

Accurate and Precise on Documentation in CRM.

Follow the Quality Guidelines and Meet a score of 88% per Audit.

Maintain the AHT as per prescribed Norms.

Achieving the Customer Satisfaction and achieve the CSAT Score.

Adherence to the Process Flow and usage of Script.

Attendance Adherence is Mandate.
