Job Description:

- Perfection in Data Analysis and importing
- Manage multiple operational data related with application upgrades, improvements and maintenance
- Ensure issues are handled with proper priority and communication, performing post-resolution follow ups and escalating problems to the Support Head when necessary
- Create and maintain data and reports properly
- Provide Support for the application via mail and calls at the time of issues.

Skill Set Required:

- The primary capabilities are in the areas of operational data's and reports.
- Candidate should have strong analytical skills
- Sound knowledge in Excel and basic knowledge in building queries.
- Basic understanding of MySQL, Excel, HTML, Support, MS Word, Outlook, Data Entry.
