Job Description & Skill Set Required:

- Provide voice and non-voice (chat) support to patients, getting their requirements and answering their queries, to make their order booking experience smooth, in a professional and polite manner.
- Coordinate with labs and other teams to make sure the service received is delightful and convenient.    
- Following up with patients, labs and operations team (home visit technician) to ensure all appointments are happening in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Hindi. Marathi is a plus.
- Focus and Discipline towards the defined standard operational process.
- Should be familiar with basic computer skills, MS word, Excel, other online tools and Should be a quick learner and willing to learn new skills.
- Strong convincing and people tackling skills.
- Should be ready to take on the challenge, and deliver even under-pressure situations.
- Prior healthcare or sales experience candidates are preferred.
