Job Description & Skill Set Required:
- Achieving the monthly sales targets
- Tele calling and generating leads
- Diligently managing the unqualified and qualified leads in the CRM
- Doing Field visits to give product demo to the prospect customers
- Detailing their previous day work in the morning meetings
- Ensuring customer on-boarding process is fast and smooth.
- Engaging with the existing customers to seek valuable feedback on product features and use cases.
- Aggressive sales attitude.
- Should be a good listener and objection handler
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Should have knowledge about the web, social media and smart phones
