Job Description:

- Preparing software configuration files and scripts based on inputs received from client

- Conducting pre installation test

- Implementing ( installing ) solution on client site via ( direct visit or remote desktop utility )

- Imparting product training to client

- Receiving and resolving customers queries/issues

- Communicating customers feedback to your manager

- Keeping regular connect with the client to ensure their needs are met

- Create software training materials

Skills & Qaulification:

- Graduate/post graduate in any discipline

- Sound understanding of computer concepts

- Basic knowledge of Programming, Word, Excel, Power Point

- Ability to communicate in Hindi, English and handle client calls

- Sound knowledge of Google docs and Google Drive
