- Handling enquirers and getting the enrollments done by counselling on phone.
- Performing counseling & career guidance for interested students by making outbound calls
- Converting prospect into admissions.
- Resolving candidate queries relating to course offered.
- Willingness to grow within the segment & lead in future
- Maintaining day to day MIS reports as required.
