Job Description:

- They are looking for a Tele Marketing executive for UK Process. The person should have experience of 2 years in tele-calling in UK market.

- Making Outbound calls for UK Process

- Experience in UK tele calling process of 2- 4 years

- Should have excellent UK English accent

- Manager Client Relationships with UK customers

- LMS (Lead Management System): Creating, Maintenance & Reporting.

- Ability to provide information about Products & Services to clients.

- Basic Computer knowledge.

- Person should be high in energy &must be comfortable in talking to people.

- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and fix meetings/appointments

- Excellent in UK Spoken English

- Convincing Ability

- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone
