Job Description and Skill Set Required:
- The role will be to work with a database of global banks and financial institutions (both Indian origin and foreign) and get involved in all aspects of the relationship management with all banks for best pricing in all import financing transactions with an ultimate aim of increasing the transaction conversion rate and thereby effectively contributing in good revenue generation.
- Prime responsibility is to manage bank relationships globally to deliver best and effective transaction pricing.
- Would be handling 35-40 bank relationships.
- Maintain contact card of each bank with following details: As per the format
- CEO or Branch head with contact details
- Trade finance dealer and back up dealer with contact details
- Operations Manager and back up with contact details
- Date of birth of key personnel in each bank branch
- Divide banks in following 3 categories:
- Tier-I – based on maximum number of deals done. Maintain good relationship and keep them informed about Tradebanya activities with daily callings.
- Tier-II – build and strengthen relationship with these banks. Upgrade them to Tier-I. Call on alternate days.
- Tier-III – no deal banks. Extensive and focussed calling on these.
- Maintain calling log with each bank – as per the format
- Update pricing in the rate sheet format. This should be done daily.
- Responsible and be updated for offer letters and changes therein, change in LoU format, any regulatory changes and change in branch official
- Explore new banking relationships

- Must have proficiency in speaking good and fluent English.
- Good in customer relationship management skills
- Computer literate and experience in database navigation
- Ability to write detailed follow up notes for business reporting
- Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues
