HI-Q is a medium size structural steel detailing company. We have a team of highly qualified engineers & detailers who specialize in Structural Steel Detailing, Connection Design, and Piping Detailing and for Miscellaneous Steel Detailing (Stairs, Ladders, handrails & others) and Plate Work. We are also building our capabilities in PEB structures (light Steel Structures).Our capabilities range from small, medium and large size projects for domestic to international clients. Under the supervision of our Principal Engineer/ Engineering Head (who has over 35 years of experience in construction industry), our qualified and dynamic team of checkers, modelers and detailers have successfully executed number of projects for our clients in India, US and Middle East.We have the capability of producing complicated 2D & 3D Models and generate Fabrication & Erection drawings which are accepted by Steel Fabricators and Erectors/ Builders in North America, South America, U.K, Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Europe, Africa and India. Primarily we use Tekla Structure (X-steel) for detailing. We are committed to producing the highest quality detailing and production of fabrication shop drawings and erection drawings in accordance various international standards such as AISC, BS, IS code and OSHA and provide the drawings in .dwg, .dxf, .pdf and various different formats. We also provide the CNC data, DSTV, KISS, fabtrol list etc., if required to expedite fabrication.

Job Description and Skill Set Required:
- Generating Leads for company through cold calls.
- Making inbound calls as well outbound calls for generating appointment for our business team.
- Follow-ups on leads and enquiries.
- Should be able to develop creative pitches and propositions.
- Meeting potential client requirements.
- Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets, customer retention and customer acquisition.
- Adhere to all quality standards and ISO processes, for the acquisition of customers, opportunities and submission of tender and contract documents.
- Provide regular feedback to senior management about accounts and marketplace.
- Develop effective working relationships with customers to obtain further sales and business development opportunities.
- Identify requirements for new services to anticipate and potentially lead the market.
- Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted business activity.
- Willing to work in night shift.
