Salary: Rs. 1.2 – Rs. 1.8 Lacs Per Annum

Job Description:

- Responsible for Online bidding on Elance, Guru, Odesk Freelancer etc portal.

- Online bidding, Follow ups, Competition Analysis, discussion with offshore clients,

Generating Business,

- Understanding and obtaining the needs of the clients, preparing various presentations.

- Work On the Cold calling and Email Leads.

- Writing proposals, RFP, RFI responses for services and clients& close deals

- Should be able to manage & coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid

- Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies

- Following up clients continuously and responding to client inquiries.

- Achieving Business Targets.

- Identifying new market and business line,

- Ensure time efficient service

- Making strategies for project implementation

Skill Set Required: 

- Excellent communication skills

- Comfortable communicating with clients by text and voice

- Experience / knowledge in Bidding on Elance, Guru, and oDesk

- Knowledge of SEO/ Internet marketing, Web Applications, E commerce, CMS, etc.

- Quick & target oriented individual

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Self-directed when confronted with support issues

- Ability to manage details, overall flexibility and efficient work habits


Education:

B.A., B.Tech/B.E., BCA, MBA
