Job Description

About the Company:
MiStay is an online hotel booking platform that allows booking hotel room by pack of hours with flexible check-in & check-out time. Instead of the rigid full day booking (12 noon – 12 noon) being done traditionally, MiStay offers booking of rooms based on slots (8 am – 11 am (Morning slot), 12 noon – 7 pm (Day slot), 8 pm – 7 am (Night slot)). Travelers can book a room for appropriate slots and pay only for time they stay. This concept of micro-stay fills the needs of frequent business travelers as well as leisure travelers who require room for less than a day, and also gives hotels a channel to increase their occupancy and revenue per available room.

Target Batch Passout:  2014-2017

Salary:INR 2.4 LPA – 3.6 LPA -This CTC will be  applicable post successful completion of an internship period of 3 Months
Staipend during Internship period: INR 10,000 Per Month - INR 15,000 Per Month
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Course Specialization: B.E./B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc/BBA/B.Com/MBA

Tentative date of joining: Immediate

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.


Job Description:
-Hotel Partnerships: Reach out to hotels as per the plan over call, pitch the concept of MiStay and partnership proposal, do the contracting and get the hotels on-boarded at MiStay platform
-Relationship Management with partner hotels: Manage healthy relationships with the partner hotel to get best deals, coordinate any operational changes and identify insights about the hotel to help maximize revenue from them
-Corporate Sales: Research and identify leads for corporates tie-ups, pitch MiStay to corporates and close B2B sales

Skill Set Required:
-Entrepreneurial candidate with strong business acumen
-Passion for sales, prior experience in sales is preferred
-Great communication and interpersonal skill
