Profile:  Business Development Executive (Outside IT Sales)

Job Location: Gurgaon

Desired experience: 0-3 yrs

Course Specialization: B.Tech/ MBA

Target Batch Pass out: 2014-2017

Salary: INR 1.8 LPA to 4.0 LPA ( Depends upon experience and interview of the candidate)

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

Job Description & Responsibilities:

LEAD GENERATION AND RELATIONSHIP BUILDING

-Primary responsibility to generate leads, make strong solution sales pitch, negotiate and close deals. Will be supported by a technical pre-sales and delivery teams.

-Work closely with senior management to define the sales strategy and execute against it

-Willing to hit the ground running and take up aggressive targets.

-Responsible for making daily calls and field visits into existing accounts in territory.

-Provide inputs to product management based on customer needs, trends & competition to build product roadmap.

-Executive Relation Building and Stakeholder Relation building experience.

-Responsible for executing Sales Campaigns.

REPORTING, PROJECTIONS and TARGET STRUCTURE

-Providing weekly dashboard reports and providing analysis and projections based on data.

-New Business Revenue (through cross sells, up-sell and green field accounts)

-Provide monthly, quarterly and annual target projections and forecasts based on target structure above.

-Provide important client feedback or information that would need to be discussed/addressed or acted on.

-Attend daily team reporting meetings and daily support meetings.

Skill Set Required:

Good convincing communication & presentation skills.
