Evolve Vapors was incepted and built in the heart of the $10 Billion USD Vaping culture in Orange County, California, in 2013. We launched a high-end and luxurious range of vaporizers and vaping liquids for the Indian Subcontinent in March 2016

Salary: INR 1.8 LPA to 3 LPA (The final CTC will depend upon candidates’ performance during the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Bond: None

Tentative date of Joining: Immediate

Tenative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- The candidate is required to attend to the customer calls and provide them the required information.
- The candidate should be able to understand the client's complaints and work upon resolving them.
- The candidate will be responsible for efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer.
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or  obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer's requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

- Ability to listen and active problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Both freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply
