Job Description:
- Responding and closing the tickets on calls/CRM within the stipulated time.
- Creating and updating schedules on the LMS as per the availability of tutors and timings suitable for students.
- Interacting with students/parents and getting the feedback.
- Capture and update customer information accurately.
- Fielding any type of feedback that users or tutors may have.
- Escalating grievances to the manager.
- Giving pleasant experience and timely support to customers in all interactions.
Skill Set Required:
- Excellent communication and conversational skills.
- Decent email writing skills.
- Multitasking ability and be a dynamic team player.
- A smart task executer with flexibility to extend time and efforts appropriately.
