Job Description:
-Must be able to introduce our company to new and fresh clients by making calls, mails and chat.
-Must be able to attend the inbound calls to solve their quires and do sales with existing and non existing clients

-Resolving the queries of the customers.
-Providing knowledge on products & services customers
-Capable of handling e-mails and chats
-Capable of handling Customer queries & complaints
-Helping to develop strong customer relationship
-Constantly following up with the customers whenever required
