Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Work with the strategy and account management team to understand and document their reporting and analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs needed to support the team's ongoing growth.
- Manage day to day operations of data management including file processing, troubleshooting, and monitoring accounting and operational reports to ensure business continuity.
- Analyse data sources sent over by new and existing clients to ensure compliance as well as assess quality.
- Run database queries providing recommendations to account management and distribution teams.
- Analysis of specific business problems, ad-hoc analysis, modeling, and forecasting.
- Assist in creating monthly operating plans and forecasts.
