- Highly research oriented, possessing enviable analytical bend of mind.

- Should be able to read financials, culture, management and health of a company/industry.

- Comfortable with learning nuances of manufacturing industry.

- Must not shy away from working on complex technical subjects related to automotive industry.

- Must be able to engage in a conversation with executives double of their own age. Some of them could be expats.

- Effective client engagement.
