Job Description and Skill Set Required:
The role requires working with Business and Finance controllers on the client side to provide monthly/quarterly reports on business performance for various lines of Business, for which data is extracted from various client databases and updated in standard templates. Besides reporting, the role requires monthly forecasting, plan restatements and providing various kinds of adhoc information to the client as and when required.
Main Accountabilities of the role
- Management reporting on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis along with commentaries.
- Expense forecasting – Forecasting of expenses such as HC, Opex, Capex etc. at a Business Line level and upload into relevant databases.
- Revenue forecasting – Forecasting of revenues at a Business Line level and uploading into relevant databases.
- Variance Analysis – actuals v/s forecast v/s budget.
- ADHOC analysis – non-standard, urgent request of financial information
- Annual Budgeting. Qualifications: What qualifications, skills and capabilities are we looking for?
- Finance graduate with relevant years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Excellent Microsoft office skills are essential
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills with all levels of staff essential
