Salary: 

- During Probation: INR 7,500 per month

- Post Training: INR 1.8 LPA to INR 2.4 LPA(based on their performance during the training & probationary period)

Course Specialization: BE/ B.Tech (CS/IT/EC/IS)/BCA/B.Sc

Job Description:

Candidate will be responsible for the following:

- Remote Infrastructure Management

- Help project team in commissioning of new customer requirements and change request and build POCs.

- Responsible for the uptime of the various client’s infrastructure & applications

- Raise and also technically update the tickets in ticketing system for all the issues handled / worked upon

- Monitoring and Management of the client environment

- Creation of Knowledge base

- Scheduling, managing and maintaining Backups

Skills Required:

- Candidate must be willing to work on IT Infra technology.

- Candidate should have good communication skills

- Candidate must be open to work on support role and to work in night shifts (whenever required).
