Job Description:
-Responsible for healthcare claims entry/analysis/adjudication.
-Keeps one updated with latest US healthcare rules & regulations.
-Makes appropriate system entries and verifies accuracy.
-Works with team to research inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and accurate manner.
-Applies critical thinking and critical decision making for completing transactions.
-Understands and assimilates inferences from the data provided.
-Demonstrates delivery of high quality output.
-Identifies process improvements, offers solutions to claim problems, and communicates recommendations to management.

-Good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Must be well organized and detail-oriented.
-Willing to work in U.S. shift.
