Job Description and Skill Set Required:
- Execute multi-channel, targeted online marketing campaigns to ensure adequate participation of healthcare professionals in our research studies. Current channels include emails, faxes, social media etc.
- Create and manage campaign content based on the research scope and the channel used.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics and perform data analysis that would better panel management.
- Coordinate with our NGO partners to identify charitable contribution opportunities for members of our community.
- Coordinate with our global vendors to supplement and diversify our healthcare expert community.
- Engage with community members and multiple internal teams to resolve customer support issues.
- Execute strict quality control measures in both external and internal operations.
- UG degree with excellent academic credentials, preferably with a focus on Business Administration / Marketing.
- Proficiency in common business software tools; proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word is imperative.
- Familiarity with tools used for digital marketing, data analysis and analytics; ability to learn new tools quickly and independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to create marketing content for highly targeted audiences.
- Strong adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong attention to detail and high standard of quality
