Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Candidate would be Dialing outbound to the support mart prospect and existing customer for selling services and Products.
- He would be using his sales skills for Upselling service plan and Add-on Plan for secondary computer.
- This process is target based process where candidate would be given specific target to complete.
- Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Candidate should have Minimum 6 months or more Outbound or Third party collection experience.
- Computer knowledge with basic skills.
- Candidates with outbound expertise will be given preferred for this Process. 
- Should be open to work in Night shifts.
- Should be able to handle sales pressure
- Should be able to achieve Target
- Last experience should be in Outbound or third-party collection.
- Should be Graduate or undergrad
- More than 1 year as overall experience and not more than 5 years
- Should not be BE or B.Tech or MCA etc..or any other technical stream.
