Job Location: Hyderabad

Salary: INR 3LPA to 4.8LPA (The final CTC will depend upon candidates’ performance during the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Candidate should work collaboratively with the business development, project finance, design and engineering team, construction management, legal, and accounts payable teams to drive procurement efficiencies, reporting, and cost reductions.
- Candidate should oversee the end to end procurement process for all materials and services related to Solar PV
- Candidate should develop and Implement procurement strategy, policies and procedures
- Candidate should manage and develop best practices for processing purchasing practices.
- Candidate should prepare purchase orders and procurement contracts.
- Candidate should participate in strategic procurement meetings to improve financial result
- Candidate should conduct due diligence on vendor products, viability, and company strength
- Candidate should review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids to suppliers through RFQ process
- Candidate should negotiate improved pricing, product quality, delivery, commercial terms for supply & service contracts
- Candidate should prepare, maintain and review purchasing files and records, price lists, the status of requisitions, contracts and orders, locate suppliers, approve bills for payment, monitor subcontractor performance, calculate the cost of orders, ensure invoices are charged to the appropriate accounts, and monitor inventory transfer forms for bookkeeping records.
- Candidate should prepare procurement execution plans and oversee the full array of materials management and procurement functions of purchasing, expediting, shipping, receipt and inspections, and logistics.
- Candidate should manage logistics, customs processes to ensure on-time delivery of imports
- Candidate should establish procurement strategies for acquisition, receiving and tracking of project materials that optimize quality, cost, and timely delivery criteria
- Candidate should help in arrange and negotiate supplier financing
- Candidate should coordination with the Project Management team
- Candidate should develop plans for the effective organization and temporary storage of project materials and general inventories at various company and/or independent warehouse locations. Ensure maintenance of accurate records for all stored materials, and the safe, secure and orderly upkeep of warehouses
- Candidate should establish stocking criteria, replenishment levels, inventory management, and tracking and reporting procedures
- Candidate should prepare and communicate to the Sales, Design and Construction teams product directions, availability, lead times, model transitions, and cost roadmaps for key materials - Candidate should monitor and support returns, damage replacements, and warranty claims
- Candidate should manage vendor relationships and assist in building effective partnerships
- Candidate should work with accounting to improve measurement and reporting of procurement results
