Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Interact with Sales team Norway; new Tenant Accounts Management, existing Tenants across Scandinavia, answer queries & provide assistance, Record issues, Log Bugs
- Work with functional development teams Norway & India; Log Bugs, Change Requests, Develop Unit Tests for the same
- Influence Best Practice development, contribute to UI & process enhancements
- Excellent communication skills (phone, Skype)
- Provide support during off-working hours if required Others 
- Experience in programming with C# .Net, ASP.Net, SQL will be a plus
- SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Quick & Self learner and Self-organized
- Passion for software products and engineering, Product Testing & Quality Assurance
