Course Specialization: BBA, B.com, Bca, B.E, Bsc. (Mba will be an added advantage)

Probation/ Training Period: 3 Months

Tentative date of joining: Immediate

Job Description:

- Handling End-to-End Recruitment processes for clients.

- Sourcing & Screening profiles, short-listing the candidates in preliminary rounds.

- Scheduling interviews, follow-up to get feedback, negotiating the salary.

- Managing resumes and updating the database on regular basis.

- Scheduling and coordinating interviews of the candidates with the client.

- Follow up with the selected candidates.

- Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports.

- Good at Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word.

- Ability to understand JD and the intricate needs of the client to provide the candidates that are the ideal fit for the clients
