Salary: INR 1.8 LPA To INR 2.4 LPA (The final CTC will depend upon candidates’ performance during the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Contacting qualified prospects / leads that have been generated through various marketing campaigns and converting these prospects/ leads into sales ( paid customers)
- Creation of new profiles by contacting prospective grooms and brides from various sources available
- Accurate data entry of call outcomes and customer information
- Acquiring referrals and further contact(s) information where needed
- Contacting qualified prospects that have been generated through various marketing campaigns
- Hit individual/ team KPI’s and Daily / weekly / Monthly Targets
- Identifying lead generation opportunities

Requirements:
- Ability to ask specific questions to uncover customers’ needs.
- Ability to talk to anyone and build rapport . Excellent Communication skills , Fluent in English , Hindi and one regional language (will be an advantage).
- Have excellent objection handling skills, with the ability to generate high quality leads and convert them into sales.
- Team player with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic as well and a tenacious approach.
- Professional phone presence and very good soft skills .
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently by using own initiative and being comfortable in meeting strict targets.
