Salary: INR 4.3 LPA - INR 4.5 LPA(Fixed+Variable) (The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview,canddiates expereince and will be at the companys discretion)

Course Specialization: B.E./B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc/BBA/MBA

Tentative date of joining: Immediate

Job Description:  
Candidate will be responsible for following:
-Responsible for communicating with the client over phone and WhatsApp  
-Understanding client requirements and arranging client visits for closure  
-Interacting and communicating with the client on a regular basis to determine changing tastes and preferences  
-Develop understanding of the rental market in NCR and educating clients on the same  
-Managing conflict and coming up with effective negotiation and sales strategies  
-Working closely with all teams to ensure seamless service delivery to the customer  
-Increasing the customer satisfaction in terms of services they are using  
-Taking the proper feedback from the client and helping the operations team in service up gradation

Skill Set Required:  
Candidates must have following skills:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Tech Savvy  
-Strong verbal and written communication skills  
-Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with success  
-Goal oriented personality  
-Energetic & aggressive  
-Ambitious to achieve results in life
