Job Description & Skill Set Required:
- Acquire users and show properties to prospect clients
- Gather database of communities and housing societies in Hyderabad
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry;
- Researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Good Communications skills in Telugu, English & Hindi languages.
- Needs to have their own vehicle (Bike) to attend sales calls and acquire customers
