Job Description and Skill Set Required:

-Use Microsoft technologies: C#, ASP.NET, SQL, MVC, and Microsoft Workflow to develop technical solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
-Develop, maintain and support programs/tools for internal and external clients.
-Analyse, diagnose and resolve errors related to their applications.
-Involve and contribute in the design discussions and documents.
-Ensure timely delivery with minimal defects and rework.
-Extensive hands­on experience in design, development and debugging of complex SQL Server, SQL stored procedures.
-Hands on experience with SQL Server 2008 / higher versions.
-Strong analytic skills and ability to flow chart a given process flow.
-Ability to work under own initiative and can lead the team.
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
–Openness to work on different areas.
