Training/Probation Period: 2-3 Months

Salary: During Training 10,000-20,000 Stipend
After Trainig INR 2.4 - 5.4 LPA (The final CTC will depend upon candidates’ performance during the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Bond: None

Tentative date of Joining: Immediate

Tenative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

Job Description and Skill Set Required:

Roles and Responsibilities
- Run various aspects of marketing, especially Social Media and Content.
- Strategize next steps, execute and iterate.
- Iterate and improve the already in place methods(want to throw away the current way we generate leads and build one grounds up? Why not!).
- Assist engineering to understand why we need to draft release notes before product specs.
- Work with UX team and Founder to measure impact of new launches, quantify results and improve.
- Iterate. Iterate. Iterate.

Requirements
- Prior experience in marketing is a big plus.
- Be comfortable in working as an individual contributor.
- You need to comfortable with prototyping and working with both designers and engineers.
- We fail and you will too. Learn and move on.
- At times we are chaotic, you need to be comfortable dealing with it
