Job Title: Software Engineer Trainee

Job location: Gurgaon

Desired Experience: Fresher

Target Batch Passout: BE/BTECH/BCA, MCA

Bond: None

Salary: INR 1.2 LPA(INR 10000 per month during training/Internship and based on performance after that)

Course Specialization: BE/BTECH/MCA

Batch: 2016-2017

Probation/Training Period: 3 months

Tentative date of joining: Immediate

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

Job Description:

- Maintaining the systems to cater to fresh requirements and changes as requested by the customers.

- Work closely with peer developers, analysts, designers and clients to develop the product and achieve the common goal set for the team

- Testing and debugging the product in controlled, real situations. Collaborate with the testing team in coming up with functional/performance test plan, test cases and contribute in test executions.

Job Responsibilities:

- Reviewing current systems

- Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals

- Working closely with analysts, designers and staff

- Producing detailed specifications and writing the programme codes

- Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live

- Preparation of training manuals for users

- Maintaining the systems once they are up and running.

- Ability to work to another’s design

- Commercial awareness

- Good communication skills

- A thorough approach
