Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Must have experience in International Bpo

- Handle the Inbound Sales

- Required candidates with good communication skills

- Minimum Experience of 6 months of International Bpo Inbound/Outbound sales handling Printer/ Router/ Antivirus Support Calls

- Handling queries related to the internet on Desktop/Laptops

- Up selling of new plans to clients on calls.

- Assigning the queries to concern department.

- Maintaining daily call report.

- Night Shift
