Job Description:

The role is focused towards generating revenue for the company by marketing / selling services offered by the company to customers. The target is to reach out to potential clients from a lead set and pitch them for the service offerings. Role also involves sending outbound emails to leads and then insert, update and maintain accurate data on computer systems. We are on the lookout for a candidate with enthusiasm and drive towards the job. The individual will be taking care of the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

1. Lead generation from Out bound tele-calling

2. Understand the requirement of Customer for their IT needs.

3. Reaching out to new customers and explaining them the benefits of using our services

4. Creating database of existing and new clients

5. To convert enquiries into sales by answering inbound telephone calls.

6. Follow-up Out-bound calling to leads in coordination with Business Development Team.

7. Supporting marketing team in email, SMS and social media marketing

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills

2. Ability to speak English and Hindi is mandatory

3. MS Office

4. Browsing internet and using google effectively

5. Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives

6. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance creativity, problem solving, and results
