Job Description:
Training(1st & 2nd Quarter) | For the first six quarter the candidate would be designated as Trainee- Service Delivery |
3rd and 4th quarter + Remaining Days of that Quarter (LPA) | Designation will get revised to Executive- Service Delivery upon completion of first two quarters successfully. The revised designation will be Executive- Service Delivery |
5th and 6th Quarter (LPA) | Designation will get appraised to Project Coordinator at the commencement of 5th quarter |
7th and 8th quarter onwards | Designation will remain Project Coordinator during 7th and 8th quartet but compensation will get revised as per the plan enclosed. |
9th quarter onwards | In 9th quarter the associate’s salary and designation will be appraised as per the enclosed compensation plan and hereafter he will be entitled to annual appraisal as per the policy. |
