Job Description:
- Translate high-level objectives and design principles into detailed and thoughtful compositions. - - ----  - Contribute to ideation and concept development.
- Communicate visual design concepts and principles.
- Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity design mocks to guide design implementation.
- Design user experiences that are intuitive and elegant.
- Advocate UI design best practices with a focus on consistency and usability Work with management to identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative
- Changes to the design and implementation process.
- Performing others duties as assigned.

Skill Set Required :
- UX or interaction design experience in enterprise web applications or customer facing web application - - Ability to prototype at a fast pace (and high level) using either PHP/HTML/CSS/Javascript ,AJAX,JSON and other collaborative software.
- Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies.
- Executing interaction design and visual design as a part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Collaborating on user experience planning with a lead experience architect.
- Knowledge of Application Development is add-ons.
- Have a skill of Convert file from one format to Another (PSD,HTML etc).
- Researching interaction design & technology trends.
- Able to Create Wireframes ,Storyboards, User flows ,Process flows and Site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Must have a skill of innovative thinking.
- Must be self-directed, confident and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
