Job Description & Skill Set Required:
- Ability to engage with different stakeholders - central teams, vendors and clients
- P&L focused - can run operations of a client like a full-fledged business and grow it exponentially
- Ability to network with corporates, High Network Individuals etc.
- Initiate partnerships with new accounts and actively managing existing relationships, being their Point of Contact (POC) for Original4Sure.
- Maintaining a strong relationship with Clients and advising them on issues related to the market and offering solutions on the same
- Conduct promotional events & marketing activations, primarily BTL, in conjunction with the internal teams
- Own revenue from partners by handling their accounts end to end.
- Accurate and timely deliverable
- Driving process improvement initiatives on a continuous basis
- Strict adherence to the agreed timelines for the deliverables
- Adequacy of support and assistance all back office related support function in case of necessity.
- Analytics Skills and hands-on experience on Microsoft Excel .
- Basic understanding of SQL and other databases.
- You’ll delight the our clients who use Original4Sure every day with speedy, helpful responses as they send in requests and questions.
- You’ll be the voice of our customers internally by tracking the types of requests and questions received most frequently and advocating for customers to our Product team.
- You'll get to work on proactive initiatives that will help take our support to the next level and provide even more opportunities for our customers to be successful with Original4Sure.
- You’ll take part in startup culture, enthusiastically donning other hats when there are miscellaneous tasks to accomplish.
- Have previous customer service experience and love helping people (over email, social media and anywhere else you interact with customers)
- Previous experience at a SaaS or technology company
- Experience in a customer support or operations based role
