Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Handling Customer Queries via Phone/Mail/Chat.
- Diagnose and Resolve Technical/ Software/ Internet Related Issues.
- Proper recording and scrutiny of received complaints (or other queries) in the ticketing software.
- Provide Information about services offered by the company.
- Provide basic technical advice to customers on how to configure Internet connection on PC.
- Offer alternative solutions where appropriate.
- Should be aware of various Internet attributes like Browsers, Search Engines, Virus, Firewall, Antivirus etc.
- Should be Well-verse with Computers like Windows, Email, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP.
- Should be comfortable working in Rotational Shifts.
- Comfortable in 6days Working Environment.
- Comfortable in travelling on their own.
- Should have Excellent Spoken English/ Comprehend well.
- Positive attitude towards work & Zeal to Outperform and Grow.
